You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

taluxprore.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of taluxprore.mobi may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the service in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be made using a valid payment method as specified during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information and for all transactions made under your account.

taluxprore.mobi reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time, with notice provided to you via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the service and deleting your account. taluxprore.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
